Clinical Trials

Advancing Retinal Care Through Clinical Research at Dallas Retina Center
Dallas Retina Center is proud to be a center for clinical research dedicated to improving the treatment and management of retinal diseases, including age-related macular degeneration (AMD), diabetic retinopathy, diabetic macular edema (DME), retinal vein occlusion (RVO), and other sight-threatening conditions. By conducting clinical trials under strict FDA and IRB oversight, we ensure that all studies meet the highest standards for patient safety and scientific integrity.

Clinical trials offer eligible patients access to promising new therapies before they become widely available, often at no cost and with close medical monitoring throughout the study period. Participation is always voluntary, and our dedicated research team works closely with each patient to ensure a full understanding of the study process, potential benefits, and any associated risks.

By taking part in a clinical trial, patients not only explore additional treatment options—they also contribute to the advancement of medicine, helping bring new and better therapies to people living with retinal disease around the world. If you or someone you know has been diagnosed with a retinal condition and is interested in learning more about our current research opportunities, please contact our office to find out if a clinical trial may be right for you.
